Our Lavender Pillow Mist & Hand and Nail Oil is a delightful product, either on its own or as a set.  It's synthetic additive/fragrance free, designed to promote relaxation and improve stress-relief, thereby helping to aid sleep quality.
 
Blended with essential oil and hydrosol, the gentle scent of natural lavender envelops you, creating a serene and calming atmosphere.
 
The mist is sprayed onto pillows or bedding before bedtime, and the hand oil is rubbed into the hands and inhaled - both products releasing a tranquil scent that can help you unwind ready for sleep, or helping with momentsof calm.
