Sound Healing
Tibetan Bowls
Tibetan Singing Bowl are typically used for meditation in sound healing therapy, by using the vibrations of the singing bowl to promote relaxation and inner harmony. The vibrations produced by the singing bowl stimulate our alpha and theta brain waves, which are associated with deep relaxation and meditation.
We have 2 original bowls that are over 500 years old. The smaller bowl sings like a dolphin and our big bowl sounds divine and when applied to the head, it can oxygenate blood.
Both bowls are used in our sound ceremonies and 1-1's, and the larger bowl one is also used in 1-1's for specific physical ailments.

Tuning Forks
Everything in our universe is energy, which vibrates at specific frequencies. Frequency dissoanace can lead to dis-ease of the body.
Tuning Forks are precisely tuned, changing vibrations in the cells and energy field, bringig everything back into alignment. Most people notice a difference immediately after use. The tuning forks we use are tailored to your body’s needs.
We offer, pain relief, general balancing, boosting your chakras, reduce body weight, improving work of your nervous, digestive, circulatory system, awakening of kundalini and more. This is our collection.
We currently use;
- C 256Hz & G 384Hz - The perfect Fifth combo, for a lazy man's meditation and complete neuro-shutdown. Great for monkey-mind and relaxation for dimentia.
- Om 136.1Hz tuning fork is used to provide relaxation, gounding & is great for muscle stiffness. The frequency 136.1Hz is used to tune Indian temple music and is said to be the frequency of Mother Earth.
- 111Hz tuning fork provides long and enduring notes and is known as the 'cell rejuvenation' tuning fork. It's used to relieve stress and to lift the mood of the user, as the frequency is believed to increase the production of endorphins.
- 528Hz tuning fork is one of the Solfeggio frequencies and is suggested to have several uses, one being that it is the frequency of love, and another is the frequency for DNA repair.

Drums
Diane crafted and birthed her own drum in May 2023, from stag skin.
The skin drum has been lovingly hand crafted and woven, then blessed in a Shamanic ceremony, where the spirit of birds came into the drum. If you look closely, you can see birds in the shapes made by the hair follicles in the skin.
We sometimes use a synthetic Remo drum, as the skin drum can sometimes get damp or cold and this can effect it's tone & vibration.
We also have a Bally drum, which is metal based instrument, and has a sound like a xylophone!

Flutes
Native American flutes are an evolution of sound, shaped over the past 3,000 years. The oldest flute is the Anasazi flute in North America. As history unfolded, flutes became known in many Native American tribal cultures. Flutes were made by hand, and each flute had a unique tuning that depended upon the size of a flute maker’s hands and forearms.
The Native American flute has been refined into a standardised instrument with many healing benefits. Our flutes are tuned to the minor pentatonic scale of 432hz.
Our beautiful handmade, Native American style flute is used for both re-energising and played in ceremony. At the end of a sound healing session, the flute can be a wonderful way to re-energise clients, creating a cheerful melody to slowly increase their awareness.
Diane, our lead therapist, sought out a particular Flute maker for our flutes, so all our flutes have a story of their very own. Each flute is tuned to a particular note.

Percussion
We use an array of percussion instruments in our sound work, to evoke different tones, frequencies and emotions. Here is a sample of what we use;

Crystal Bowls
The reason why crystal singing bowls are so popular and powerful in the world of sound healing, is because of their unique angelic sound and energetic vibrations. They can shift stuck energy, whilst clearing blockages and restoring the mind, body, and soul into a more balanced state.
As our bodies contain quartz, each of our bowls are also 98% pure quartz crystal, so they naturally resonate with the body. We prefer the clarity of the clear crystal bowls as they have a sharper and clearer sound that is almost angelic, and the vibration bounces around the room in perfect harmony. You will be mesmerised, as your subconscious mind wont know where the sound is coming from!
Currently we have a Perfect 5th Combo of C, E & G and an Earth Star bowl in 'B' for grounding.

Gongs
Gongs are a popular and powerful in the world of sound healing because of their unique lower energetic vibrations. They can be fantastic at clearing any unwanted negative energy and mental chatter, assisting in the restoration of the mind, body, and soul.
Gongs create either a dark deep tone or a higher frequency, like a singing dolphin, depending on the mallet used and how it's played. The sounds and vibrations from the gong can rebalance an overworked parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous system putting your body back into a state of calm at a cellular level.
