Woodland Sound Bath - Meopham

Combine the restorative sound healing and forest bathing to promote relaxation, stress reduction, and overall well-being, for the mind, body & Soul. You will lay on a yoga mat & pillow, under a warm blanket, immersed in the middle of the forest, as our practitioner guides you through some gentle breathing and a short meditation, to help relax the body. During which she will start to play gentle sounds and frequencies, bathing your body in pure relaxing and restorative tones, from the inside out.
