This Wellness Day has been intentionally designed to help you slow down, release emotional & physical tension, to reconnect with yourself, without pressure or expectations. You will be gently guided through a sequence of experiences that calm the nervous system, clear mental clutter, and leave you feeling grounded, lighter, and renewed.
