Overview: Immerse yourself in a calming hour of healing sounds and gentle frequencies designed to restore balance to your mind, body and soul. A perfect midweek reset for relaxation and inner peace. Location: Mercure Tunbridge Wells Hotel, Pembury, TN2 4QL Date & Time: 7.30pm – 8.30pm (please arrive 10 minutes early) Price Options:
Std - £25 p/p with a lovely warming eye mask
Deluxe - £27.50 p/p Inc a warming eye mask, 5cm extra thick mat and cosy blanket. Please bring a pillow and water bottle.
What to Bring:
