Relaxing Sound Bath
Location: Mercure Tunbridge Wells Hotel, Pembury, TN2 4QL
Date & Time: 7.30pm – 8.30pm (please arrive 10 minutes early)
Price: £20 per person
Overview: Immerse yourself in a calming hour of healing sounds and gentle frequencies designed to restore balance to your mind, body and soul. A perfect midweek reset for relaxation and inner peace.
What to Bring: Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and a bottle of water to ensure your comfort throughout the session.
