About the event
Join us for an evening of deep relaxation at the studio. Simply lay down under a cosy blanket & allow the deep soothing sounds of the our crystal bowls & gong to help you unwind, as you take a well deserved rest between competitions. Suitable for adults and children (min age 13 and children have to be able to lay quietly for an hour, to protect the experience for all).

Time: 7.30pm - 1 hr
We provide everyone with a warming lavendar eye mask, to deepen the relaxation process and to enhance the experience.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket & pillow. A water bottle is also advised.
If you are pregnant in your first or third trimester, please contact us before booking.
