What will the session look like?
Each session is slightly different as we work closely with you before your event. We will explore the purpose of the session and tailor it around your specific requirements. We can add targeted techniques into your event, with a view to addressing any concerns you may have with your team during the session.
Your wellness event is an opportunity for your team to unwind and de-stress. You dont have to do anything, we take care of every detail.
Your group session will begin with some gentle breaths enhanced by aromatherapy oils for deeper relaxation, helping your mind and body to relax. You will be guided through a short meditation, helping your heart rate reduce further, aiding your subconscious brain to fall into alpha mode, a deep state of wakeful relaxation.
Your therapist will create a safe space for your team to enjoy anything from breathwork, movement, meditation and more.
Depending on the number in the group, your therapist may infuse the sound bath session with some reiki, for even deeper healing.
If you have any concerns about the oils, please let us know and we can supplement the oil type or not use them, at your request.
