Tibetan
Bowls
Tibetan Singing Bowl are typically used for meditation in sound healing therapy, by using the vibrations of the singing bowl to promote relaxation and inner harmony. The vibrations produced by the singing bowl stimulate our alpha and theta brain waves, which are associated with deep relaxation and meditation.
We have 2 original bowls that are over 500 years old. The smaller bowl sings like a dolphin and our big bowl sounds divine and when applied to the head, it can oxygenate blood.
Both bowls are used in our sound ceremonies and 1-1's, and the larger bowl one is also used in 1-1's for specific physical ailments.

Tuning
Forks
Everything in our universe is information and energy, which vibrates at specific frequencies and disturbance leads to dis-ease of the body.
The Tuning Forks with its precisely tuned vibrations change the magnetic field in an amazing way, which is noticeable right after use, as it brings the cells and fields back into alignment; immediate mood improvement, vibration and energy increase, pain disappearance, organs, chakras, and cells condition balanced and oxygenated.
Tuning forks sessions are tailored to your body’s needs.
We offer, pain relief, balancing and boosting your chakras, reduce body weight, improving work of your nervous, digestive, circulatory system, awakening of kundalini, anti-cancer support, and more. This is our collection.

We currently use;
- C 256Hz & G 384Hz - The perfect Fifth combo, for a lazy man's meditation and complete nero-shutdown.
- Om 136.1Hz tuning fork is used to provide relaxation through meditation. Not only does the frequency cause relaxation, but it also reduces stress and it’s also suggested to create relief from joint stiffness and muscle soreness. The frequency 136.1Hz is used to tune Indian temple music and is said to be the frequency of Earth.
- 111Hz tuning fork provides long and enduring notes. The 111Hz tuning fork is also known as the cell rejuvenation tuning fork. The dynamic 111Hz tuning fork is also used to relieve stress and to lift the mood of the user, as the frequency is advocated to increase the production of endorphins.
- 528Hz tuning fork is one of the Solfeggio frequencies and is suggested to have several uses, one being that it is the frequency of love, and another is the frequency for DNA repair.

Drums
Diane crafted and birthed her own drum in May 2023, from stag skin.
The skin drum has been lovingly hand crafted and woven and then blessed in a Shamanic drumming ceremony, where the spirit of birds came into the drum. If you look closely, you can see birds in the shapes made by the hair follicles in the skin.
We also use a synthetic Remo drum, as the skin drums sometimes don't play ball, when it's too hot or cold, or if the skin gets damp.

We also have a Bally drum, which is metal based instrument, and has a sound like a xylophone!

Flutes
Native American flutes are an evolution of sound shaped over the past 3,000 years. In North America, one of the oldest flutes is the Anasazi flute of the American Southwest. As history unfolded, flutes became known in many Native American tribal cultures, from elderberry flutes of the Penobscot tribes in Maine to the courtship flutes of the Great Plains, many distinct sounds emerged. Flutes were made by hand, and each flute had a unique tuning that depended upon the size of a flute maker’s hands and forearms.
The Native American flute has been refined into a standardised instrument with many healing benefits. Most flutes are now tuned to the minor pentatonic scale of 430Hz or 432hz. Ours is 432Hz.

Our beautiful handmade, Native American style flute is used for both meditation and is a powerful tool. At the end of a sound healing session, the flute can be a wonderful way to re-energise clients, creating a cheerful melody to slowly increase their awareness.
Diane, our lead therapist, sought out a particular Flute maker for our flutes, so all our flutes have a story of their very own. Each flute is tuned to a particular note.

Crystal
Bowls
The reason why crystal singing bowls are so popular and powerful in the world of sound healing, is because of their unique energetic vibrations. They can shift stuck energy, whilst clearing blockages and restoring the mind, body, and soul into a more balanced state.

Each of our bowls are pure clear crystal. You can get cheaper alternatives, but we believe in investing in the right bowl from the start. We believe the clear crystal bowls have a sharper and clearer sound that sounds almost angelic, and the vibration bounces around the room in perfect harmony. ​You will be mesmerised.

Gongs
Gongs are a popular and powerful in the world of sound healing because of their unique lower energetic vibrations. Like the singing bowls, they can be fantastic at detoxing & clearing excess negative energy, pain and mental chatter, assisting in the restoration of the mind, body, and soul into a more balanced state.

​Gongs create either a darker deeper tone, like an eerie movie and/or a singing dolphin sound, depending how it's played. The sounds and vibrations from the gong can activate and re-balance the over-worked parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous system putting, your body into a state of homeostasis at a cellular level.​​​​​
