We are an established business, with a track record of successful events all over Kent. 

 

We already facilitate Wellness Days, group Sound Baths and corporate Wellness hours for businesses and clients, and what we are offering you is as simple as 1,2,3;

  1. You take our existing Wellness Day or Sound Bath and white label it as your own event

  2. You choose your own pricing, to maximise your profit margins

  3. You promote it to your support network and sell your own tickets.

This way you are in complete control, and more importantly you keep 100% of the profits.  Our expert team will take care of everything during the event, from welcoming your guests to ensuring they have the best experience possible.  In return we will;

  1. Provide you with a PDF flyer for the event, with your logo, for you to print & distribute as you see fit.

  2. Our expert team will host the event for you from start to finish, taking care of everything for you, so you don’t have to worry on the day.

  3. Promote your event on our webpage, newsletters and social media channels, for additional exposure.

How much will it cost?

  • Our prices start from £150 for a Sound Bath and £500 for a Wellness Day. 

  • We have not included a venue &/or food, as school's have their own venue & kitchen and most charities have preferred venues with charity rate or even free, so we allow flexibility here.

  • We have access to venues that we personally use and would be happy to recommend them.  A guide venue cost would be £30 p/h or £200 for a day event, typically up to 8hrs.

What profit can I expect to make?

  • Your profit depends on how many people attend your event and how often you hold them.

  • The capacity of the venue is important.  For a Sound Bath or Wellness Day, you really should aim for a venue that can accommodate 30 people laying down on yoga mats.

  • As a guide, we would recommend you advertise your event as follows;

    • Sound Baths are £25 p/p. 

    • Wellness Day is £111 p/p however should you wish to offer an incentive for booking early, we would recommend a price of £99 p/p  

  • Sound Bath (£25 p/p) - usually a monthly event

    • 30 persons x £25 ticket cost = £750. 

    • Minus £150 for our fee = £600. 

    • There will be 11 events throughout the year (no event in December)

    • Equates to £6,600 profit per year*

  • Wellness Day (£111 p/p) - usually a quarterly event

    • 30 persons x £111 ticket costs = £3,330

    • Minus £500 for our fee = £2,830

    • There will be 4 events throughout the year

    • Equates to £11,320 profit per year*

  • Wellness Day (£99 p/p) - usually a quarterly event

    • 30 persons x £99 ticket costs = £2,970

    • Minus £500 for our fee = £2,470

    • There will be 4 events throughout the year

    • Equates to £9,880 profit per year*
