Overview: Take a day just for you. We will guide you through letting go of what isn't serving you, setting intentions, mindful time, deep hynotic meditation, and a relaxing sound & gong bath.  ​A light lunch & refreshments are included.

• Standard ticket (£125 p/p) - Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow & water bottle.

• Deluxe ticket (£140 p/p) - Please bring a water bottle. We provide you with an extra thick, 5cm yoga mat, a fluffy blanket, eye mask and pillow, for extra comfort throughout your day.
