Overview: Take a day just for you. We will guide you through letting go of what no longer serves you, setting intentions, mindful time, deep hynotic meditation, and a relaxing sound & gong bath.  ​A light lunch & refreshments are included.

• Standard ticket (£125 p/p) - Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow & water bottle.

• Deluxe ticket (£140 p/p) - Please bring a water bottle. 

We provide you with an extra thick, 5cm yoga mat, a fluffy blanket, eye mask and pillow, for extra comfort throughout your day.

T&C's of booking:

1. No refunds or amendments within 2 weeks of the event

2. With more than 2 weeks to go - If you wish to move your booking to another date, this will incur a fee.  Please contact us.

3. We do not accept cancellations, however we do appreciate that life can get in the way.  Therefore, if you wish to enquire about cancelling your booking, please contact us.
